Scott has worked as a chartered accountant for over 34 years, gaining experience in mid-tier accounting firms and consulting in the semi-government sector. His wealth of knowledge gives him the adaptability, resilience and strong leadership skills needed to steer the onefocus ship.

Robyn is a seasoned insurance broker who has led the Insurance Broking team at onefocus since 2020.

Her 20+ years of industry experience in managing insurance broking businesses and teams at state and national levels makes her a standout leader.

Robyn’s key strengths include her enthusiastic leadership style, her passion for coaching and staff development, and her innate ability to engage with everyone she meets.

Her dedication to clear communication and resolving challenging situations underpins her success in delivering client satisfaction.

Mark, a certified financial planner, has been a financial adviser at onefocus since 2018.

His 18 years of industry experience encompass estate planning, aged care, superannuation, SMSFs and wealth accumulation.

Mark’s client-centric approach, analytical acumen and adaptability empower clients to make informed financial decisions, ensuring their long-term financial wellbeing.

As a member of the Financial Advice Association of Australia and the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia, he upholds the highest ethical standards in the financial advisory field.

Tony has been an integral part of the onefocus team since January 2013.

With over 15 years of experience in Australian public practice, Tony specialises in income tax, indirect tax and business services for SMEs and high-net-worth individuals.

His clients span various sectors, including medical, law, engineering, property and construction.

Tony values his exceptional team and fantastic clients, and excels in delivering proactive solutions tailored to his clients’ unique needs.

Janeen is a multifaceted professional serving as Director, Strategic Adviser and Finance Broker – and has been part of onefocus since 2009.

Janeen provides holistic advice to expedite clients’ journeys towards well-informed decisions – and quicker retirement.

Her core areas of expertise include investments, lending and SMSFs.

Grant has been a valuable member of onefocus since 2009.

With over 19 years of experience advising large businesses and holding senior positions in the oil and gas industry, he brings a unique perspective to his advisory.

Sara brings over 20 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant to onefocus, having previously worked in both Big 4 and mid-tier firms.

She specialises in advising high net worth individuals, families, and privately owned businesses across a broad range of industries.

Sara values strong client relationships and works closely with her team and clients to achieve the best outcomes.

Since July 2021, Tony has been bringing his expertise to the onefocus firm as an Associate Director.

He works in corporate governance, compliance, assurance and financial reporting, and is a valuable member of the audit and assurance services team.

Tony enjoys collaborating with fellow team members to come up with bespoke solutions to suit the needs of his clients, all of whom come from diverse backgrounds.

With 30 years of experience in audit and assurance, including with the Big 4, Tony specialises in supporting construction, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail, logistics, media, gaming, education, aged care facilities and NGOs.
